Carex Design Group, a landscape architecture firm in Knoxville, Tenn., is proud to announce the addition of landscape project manager Daniel Moriarty to the Carex Design Group team.

Daniel joins Carex Design Group from U.S. Lawns – Knoxville where he was a senior account manager and landscape construction manager. He has more than 15 years of experience in the landscaping industry along with a bachelor’s degree in plant sciences from the University of Tennessee where he focused on landscape design and construction.

“As we continue to grow our business, Julie and I are excited to have Daniel join our team,” said Carex Design Group owner and landscape architect Bob Graves. “Daniel’s education and experience in the industry, working in maintenance, design, and horticulture, will make him a valuable partner to Carex Design Group’s preferred landscaping contractors.”

Daniel finds inspiration for his work in function and performance. His focus is on ensuring that the intent of a landscape design is translated effectively into reality through the construction process, and he believes that well-managed projects will create a positive experience for clients and contractors.

“I want to use my  skills to promote efficiency and great communication for Carex Design Group’s clients, contractors and design team,” said Daniel. “The construction process, and ultimately the end result should be fun and enjoyable for everyone involved.”
