The Carex Design Group team spent the weekend at the 2024 Dogwood Arts House and Garden show in Knoxville, Tenn. sharing landscape design advice and talking with prospective clients about paver patios, pergolas, outdoor kitchens and more.
In case you missed it, here’s a peek at the Carex Design Group booth at the show along with some of the most talked about elements of the booth.
Pergola Kit
Pergola Kit
This Toja Grid pergola kit was the perfect choice for the Dogwood House and Garden show because it was quick and easy to assemble. While the Carex Design Group team chose a small structure for the display, the product can be used with a variety of sizes to fit any backyard space. The manufacturer provides detailed instructions so it’s a great choice for a quality pergola on a budget.
Bar Height Bistro Set
Bar Height Bistro Set
This bar height bistro set was an affordable choice for Carex Design Group’s booth display at the Dogwood Arts House and Garden Show. The table is a weather-resistant polypropylene material and is UV treated to avoid color fading. This is agreat choice for a small space, not only because it’s small footprint, but also because the table can be folded up to allow more space. The only downside to this product is that it’s a bit light weight so beware of leaning too heavily on the table.
Rectangular Wall Planters
Pocket Black Wall Planters, Set of 3
These rectangular wall planters from Crate and Barrel are the perfect accent to a small patio area. These hang easily on any wall or fence and offer a material contrast when paired with rough wood. Try choosing a plant that hangs over the edge of the planter and consider something such as Angelica Sedum that has a pop of bright color — lime green in the spring and summer turning orange in the fall.
